This workshop is designed to introduce you the nature of your soul purpose, from the sprouting of your birth seed to the seeds you sow in the world and leave behind. 

This is not a Flower Essence 101 class.  It is a time to increase your heart-centered capacity for the journey you are on to discover your soul purpose and self-healing.  You will experience how I use the flowers to help you access your innate wisdom. 

Each flower has a pattern of imbalance and positive qualities - you will learn yours in the seven aspects of your Self - your Birth Seed, Roots, Leafs of Unconscious and Conscious Mind, Stem, Flower and the Seeds you create.

The workshop includes centering activities - both meditative to get us out of internally or externally resourced stress, as well as, creative ones - like creating your own flower.

We will differentiate what is in and out of our control to uncover what is most aliven-ing to your soul at this time, not when you have time.

Self-care is an essential activity.  Knowing what self-care you specifically require to keep your unique soul fully nourish is everything.  Flower essences give voice and meaning to your soul's expression.  We will discuss what they are, how they work, and how they can support you.

My Soul Nourishment Flower Chart (SNFC) can give that to you.  It is a key tool in my flower essence consultations.  To support you at this time, and to honor the lineage my teachers, I am offering to create one for each participant as the basis of our healing work for this workshop.  I will also give you insights to how your soul can be nourished currently.

The SNFC is intuited specifically for you prior to the workshop.  In order for me to create it, you need to give me permission to do it, as all healers who use energy should require from you.  Your SNFC will not be shared with the group, nor discussed specifically in the group.  It is your soul map, and yours alone.
